Joe is a talented executive with deep expertise in the human capital management industry. He has substantial experience in developing results-driven growth strategies for customers, which in turn yield increased market share, revenue and profitability for the HR services companies he’s part of. At First Advantage he leads the Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales Organizations, providing a cohesive strategy to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Joe joined First Advantage from the human resources technology leader, Kronos, where he was Vice President, Americas. At Kronos, Joe drove the transformation from an on-premise based software model to a cutting edge global SaaS solution yielding strong ROI and positioning them as the market leader in their segment. Prior to Kronos, Joe held executive sales, marketing and services leadership roles at Authoria in the human capital management market and at HPR in the healthcare software industry. He graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Business and completed the “Leading High Impact Teams” Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School.
